From Humble Beginnings to a Growing Family Enterprise
Dhalhon Trading Corporation is a proudly family-owned and managed enterprise built on perseverance, integrity, commitment, and a shared vision for long-term growth. The company’s journey began as Dhalhon Trading, a single proprietorship registered under June Jean. What started as a modest family business gradually established its presence in the automotive industry through hard work, hands-on management, dependable service, and strong relationships with customers and business partners.
At the heart of the business is Ruseller Cabaña, whose entrepreneurial vision and determination became the driving force behind the company. From its early stages, he took the lead in developing the business, creating opportunities, building relationships, and establishing a foundation that would allow the company to grow.
For almost five years, Dhalhon Trading operated as a single proprietorship. As operations expanded and the family envisioned a bigger and more sustainable future, the business eventually transitioned into a corporation—marking an important milestone in its journey.

Today, Dhalhon Trading Corporation continues to operate as a family-owned business under the leadership of Ruseller Cabaña (Roi Cabana), Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He provides the overall strategic direction and leadership of the company.His wife, June Jean, serves as Treasurer and Head of Finance, overseeing the company’s financial management and helping ensure responsible and sustainable operations.
The next generation also plays an important role in the organization. Heart Rusell serves as Corporate Secretary, while Roijean Nicole serves as Vice President. Jean Rusell and Roimykel are likewise part of the family behind the company and its continuing growth.
For approximately seven to eight years and counting, the family has worked side by side to transform a small trading business into a growing corporation. Every stage of the journey has brought challenges, lessons, sacrifices, and achievements that have strengthened both the business and the family behind it.
Moving forward
The transformation from Dhalhon Trading into Dhalhon Trading Corporation represents more than a change in business structure. It reflects the evolution of a family dream into an organization with greater ambitions and responsibilities.
