• Response Time: 30-60 mins within city proper, 60-90 mins outside. Always give customer a real ETA and update if delayed.

B. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
1. Call Intake (2 mins):Get: Customer Name / Exact Location (with landmark) / Car Make, Model, Year, Engine / Symptoms (no crank, click sound, dim lights) / Battery size if known.

2. Pre-Dispatch Diagnosis:
Ask customer to do a quick horn/headlight test. If horn is strong but no crank, it may NOT be battery. Advise accordingly to avoid wrong delivery.

3. On-Site - Safety First:Park safely, turn off engine, engage handbrake, hazard lights ON.No smoking, no open flames near battery.

4. Battery Testing Before Removal:Use battery tester. Record: Voltage, CCA, Health %, SOC.Take photo of old battery and tester reading for record.If battery is still good (>60% health), don't sell. Proceed to check alternator/starter. This builds trust.

5. Removal & Installation:Sequence: Remove Negative (-) first, then Positive (+). Clean terminal corrosion with wire brush.Install new battery: Positive (+) first, then Negative (-). Tighten firmly, no over-torque. Apply terminal grease / anti-corrosion spray.Secure battery holder properly. Battery should not move.

6. Post-Installation Check (Mandatory):Start test 2-3 times.Charging check: Must be 13.8V - 14.8V at idle. If not, proceed to Alternator Check.Give customer the old battery option: Trade-in or disposal. You must dispose of it properly.

7. Documentation & Payment:Issue warranty card: Write date, battery model, CCA, warranty terms (1 month). Take photo of receipt with customer.Explain warranty conditions and maintenance.
